SHELDON PALMER received his Bachelor of Science degree
from Brooklyn College, City University of New York,
in Chemistry (1958) and his Juris Doctor degree from
Brooklyn Law School (1968).
He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State
of New York (1969), the United States Patent and Trademark
Office (1969), the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
(and its predecessor, the Court of Customs and Patents
Appeals), the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the
United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York (1971).
He is of-counsel to Furgang & Adwar and has served as
an Adjunct Professor of Law for Intellectual Property,
Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Law at Brooklyn Law
School (1972-1989); and a Lecturer for the Practicing
Law Institute (1977-1983).
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association;
New York Intellectual Property Law Association, American
Bar Association, and International Trademark Association.
