Donna C. Sobel concentrates her practice in trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. She is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law (magna cum laude) where she was a member of University of Miami Law Review. Ms. Sobel holds a B.A. in Psychology from American University (cum laude).

Ms. Sobel has represented and represents clients in many industries, including clothing, computer hardware and software, jewelry, sports and entertainment and candy. Ms. Sobel handles all aspects of a client’s intellectual property needs, serving as a litigator, counseling clients, prosecuting their trademarks, and drafting license agreements. Ms. Sobel began her career at Bryan Cave LLP and continued at Coudert Brothers LLP before joining Furgang & Adwar.

Ms. Sobel is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Sobel has served on the Alternative Dispute Committee and the Meetings Committee of the International Trademark Association, serving as organizer of INTA Annual Meeting 2001 concurrent sessions "Internet 2001 and Beyond: Untangling the Web" and "Let’s Make a Deal."
